To update Keeble on iOS 11:
- Open the App Store app on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.
- Tap Updates in the bottom toolbar.
- Scroll to Keeble and tap Update*. You can also tap Update All at the top of the screen to update all apps that have updates available. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password. Keeble will now begin downloading. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, this may take several minutes.
- Once downloaded, Keeble will move to the "Updated Recently" section toward the bottom of the Updates page. Tap Open next to it to open the app.
*Note: If you do not see Keeble listed, check that you are logged into the same Apple ID that was used to purchase Keeble.
To check your Apple ID:
- Tap the photo/user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap Purchased.
- Tap in the Search field and type "Keeble".
- If you see Keeble listed, tap Update.
- If you do not see Keeble listed, tap <Account to go back, and then tap Sign Out. Next, sign in with a different Apple ID that Keeble may have been purchased under and search for it again. If you need help recovering an Apple ID, see this Apple Support document: If you forgot your Apple ID
To update Keeble on iOS 10:
- Open the App Store app on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.
- Tap Updates in the bottom toolbar.
- Scroll to Keeble and tap Update*. You can also tap Update All at the top of the screen to update all apps that have updates available. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password. Keeble will now begin downloading. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, this may take several minutes.
- Once downloaded, Keeble will move to the "Updated (today's date)" section toward the bottom of the Updates page. Tap Open next to it to open the app.

To check your Apple ID:
- Tap Purchased in the bottom toolbar on iPad. On iPhone and iPod touch, tap Updates in the bottom toolbar, and then tap Purchased.
- Tap in the Search Purchased Apps field and type "Keeble.
- If you see Keeble listed, tap Update.
- If you do not see Keeble listed, tap Featured in the bottom toolbar, scroll down to the bottom of the page, tap Apple ID: (email address), and then tap Sign Out in the popup that appears. Next, tap Sign In, tap Use Existing Apple ID in the popup that appears, sign in with a different Apple ID that Keeble may have been purchased under and search for it again.
