Irene is a member of the Support team and lives in Sydney, Australia. She is a mother to two autistic sons, one of whom has been using Proloquo2Go for many years. Irene has studied AAC and literacy and has completed a post-graduate certification in Special Education for Complex Communication Needs. She is passionate about presuming competence and supporting individuals with complex communication needs to make important decisions in their lives.
