This application form is for a license for Proloquo and Proloquo Coach only! If you're interested in a license for other AAC apps, including Proloquo2Go please contact our Support team.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for this license, you need to work on a regular basis with (potential) AAC users and meet one of the criteria below:

Licensed/certified SLP/SLT, OT or BCBA working in a private, clinical or educational setting
AT specialist
Work as an AAC coach in a school
Be an SLP/SLT or OT student at a university.

Participation in research

As part of this license, you may be asked to participate in a user research study (this could be in the form of a survey, an interview, etc.)
