You can access the manual by going to the Options , and then selecting Support followed by Manual.
When you have internet access on your device there are a large number of support options which can be accessed through Proloquo4Text.
Support offers a wide range of features, including direct links to support articles, downloadable manuals and E-learning videos.
You can also email AssistiveWare’s Support team about issues you encounter through Contact us. This will open up an email. Type a brief description of your issue, then hit Send. You do need an internet connection and an email account set up on the device for this to work.
When you email AssistiveWare for support you may be asked to send a log file. To do so, tap Email Log File to Support. This will open an email to AssistiveWare’s Support team.
